Scheduling Coordinator
I schedule our patients’ visits, greet and check them in, assist new patients with their paperwork, and answer questions about our office and what we do. I love interacting with people of all ages and seeing their excitement about changing their smile! Watching a person go through braces, and how different they are at the end, is the best experience. I am so excited for each of them!

Administrative Assistant
Ana has been a fixture in our office since 2007, so many families will recognize her when they return with younger siblings.
Since Ana is bilingual, many of our Spanish language speaking patients ask for her by name when they have scheduling, financial or treatment questions.
Ana enjoys working one on one with new patients to customize a payment plan that fits their budget and will review the final treatment plan with you at your initial banding appointment.
In addition to scheduling and treatment planning, Ana handles patient billing, coordinates our patient appreciation projects and keeps our office running smoothly.

I attended Santa Rosa Junior College’s dental assisting program and have worked for multiple orthodontists in Sonoma County in my 12-year career. Here at Dr. Fraser’s office, I coordinate our patients’ treatment and appointments so they can achieve their perfect smile as efficiently as possible.

I offer chairside assistance to Dr. Fraser, provide home care and post-procedure instructions, and motivate patients to keep their mouth clean and healthy. I love helping others get the confidence they deserve, starting with a smile. It’s incredible to see how changing a smile changes a person’s life and I play a part in making it happen!

I work in our clinical area, where I seat patients, prepare them to see Dr. Fraser, and explain what we’ll be doing at each appointment. I handle our new patients’ initial consultations, answering questions about treatment, discussing their diagnosis and proposed plan, and making sure they have all the information they need. I’m lucky because I get to meet our patients and their families at their first visit and then follow their transformation!

I graduated from dental assisting school and became certified as an RDA in 1995. Here at Dr. Fraser’s office, I work with our admin team to process insurance billing, plan treatment, and manage our patients’ financial accounts. My goal is for patients to get the best insurance benefits available in order to make orthodontic treatment as affordable as possible.
I am married with four adult children, two grandkids, and a small yorkie. When I’m not at work, I enjoy reading, playing games, and spending time with my family and friends.
